SHIPPING

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size of the order and your location. If you would like to calculate shipping fees automatically, please add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart.
Local orders, in Charlotte, NC are eligible for free pick up.

 

HANDLING TIME

Items that are available in stock will ship within 1 business day. Order processing may take up to 2 business days. All updated in regards to the status of your order will be communicated through email. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order is ready for shipment.

Out of stock items may ship within 1-3 weeks. Please contact us, for details and updates on the shipment date.

 

RETURNS

All items purchased through the site are eligible for return or exchange. The items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return, please contact us. Upon receiving the item at our facility, a full refund sans shipping costs and 10% restocking fee will be issued. Processing time for returns/exchanges is 2-3 business days. All returned or exchanged items must be undamaged and unused, and in original packaging.

Custom orders are considered a final sale and are not eligible for returns.

 

REPLACEMENTS

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, a replacement product will be sent within 2 business days of being notified of the issue. You will also receive an email that will contain a prepaid shipping label that should be used to send back the original item. In order to facilitate the exchange, please report all issues within 5 days of receiving the order. In the unlikely case that the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund. You may also choose to receive store credit and have the item shipped to you as soon as it is back in stock.

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Through many years of experience, we have learned to package our products to withstand damage during shipping. Highest quality packaging materials are used to ensure the safety of your products in transit, however, once your order is dropped off with the carrier, we can no longer ensure how it is handled.
If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged product. We will work diligently on your behalf to file claim related paperwork with the carrier. We ask that you provide a photo of the damages in order to file a strong claim with the carrier. Also, it is important that you keep the damaged item(s) for 15 days from when the report is made, as the carrier may request to collect the damaged item for inspection.

A replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as a photo and details of the damages are reported to us. If the replacement product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued. You may also choose to receive store credit and have the item shipped to you as soon as it is back in stock.
